Firepower Fireworks Managers

We are looking to hire 35 store operators for the upcoming fireworks season in Florida:

• Position begins June 19th and concludes by July 7th.
• Pay is 10% of gross sales (less taxes) OR $1,250.00, whichever is greater.
• Our average store does $32,000 in sales.
• Last year, the lowest performing store sold $22,000 and the highest sold $52,000.
• Operators are responsible for all store sales and operations.
• Managers must staff their store appropriately for the hours it is open, and for nighttime security.
• Managers are responsible for paying their own assistants.
• Stores will be extremely busy from July 1st to July 5th and managers must prepare for the volume.
• Managers will likely only need help at setup, breakdown, and the days around July 4th.
• Managers are allowed to take time off as long as a trained assistant covers their store.
• Managers are responsible for setting up, inventorying, and closing down their store.
• We will conduct a full day of training the middle of June.
• Managers will have significant latitude and independence to run their store.
• The regional manager will hire the store managers, be their main contact and supervisor.


Store Hours

Exceptional candidates are sales oriented with skills in cross selling and up selling. Customer service and professionalism that build relationships and drive repeat business are expected. Historically, successful managers have been able to create double digit percentage growth of same store year over year sales.
